Only location & price bed is good air condition is good breakfast was good for 2 star hotel location is awesome just 5 min to train station .

The staff were not friendly to me !!!! reservation staff were not friendly....i had a bad feeling a bout them. Not polite.... The towel was dirty and there was a hole in it . I saw a bug in my room. Security of hotel was low I was told to sign a paper that if any valuble things get lost.... Hotel is not in charge ! any way thats 2 star hotel after all.

location is very good, the staff are friendly and very fast check in.

The room was very small and the bathroom as well, smile bad comes from the bathroom and they gave me a small bed instead of king size bed. i think there are hotels give better service by the same price.

I hate this hotel and staff .its cheap but service very bad.i hope the owner of the hotel must change the stuf and reception

the hotel is nice. also room was cleaning and no noise in the floors and location is ok cause its close to metro station hotel is fine for who look for enjoying his time there are alot of facilities there

no hospitality from reception stuff and F&B stuff and no variety for breakfast very small buffet also when i asked order from room service for the dinner (sandwiches only not meal ) it take times and order came cold and the telephone in the room doesn't work properly

Nothing to tell really, apart from being one of the cheapest hotel you can find in Dubai. Remember you get for what you pay, therefore, don't be shocked when you reach there.

First of all, the staff and the front disk personnel were unprofessional, unrespectful, rude, arrogant, and....you name it. If you reach there during night time, It's difficult to talk with the receptionist because of the 2 night clubs noise. I asked to have a room in the upper floor to avoid the clubs noise, I got that but the water pressure was very very low and very hot. Don't believe the pictures of the rooms in this website, there is no way to compare the rooms with the actual ones. The pictures totally misleading. My advise, if you respect yourself then keep away from this hotel, you can put some more cash and get better place.

Noisy crowd in the lobby speaking same language with the receptions. Very unfriendly to guests different in culture from them.

- The swimming pool was out of order, they did not tell me this before paying. The "bar" is a room with pool billard and tv. nobody was there

Value of money is quite good for the location of the hotel

it is good hotel,simple,,good in hosbitality and good to make reservation thorugh the internet. clean,good price. has good night clubs.

some defficulties to reach it need bigger map to know the place

You get what you pay for, and this hotel is no exception. Don't expect too much aside from a relatively comfortable night's sleep in a good area of the city.

The elevators are angry, and the "night clubs" have quite exorbitant cover charges.

Nothing especially the very noisy Indian nightclub on the premises so couldn't even get through reception at night due to overflow of people.

Very rude, unhelpful reception staff. Noisy nightclub off reception. Very smoky premises though room was non smoking.

TRAVELLER IS COMING BY OWN CAR FROM OTHER EMIRATES LIKE ABU DHABI,FUJIRAH,SARJAH OR BORDER COUNTRY LIKE OMAN LIKE TO VISIT DUBAI AND LIKE TO TRAVELL FURTHER FROM DUBAI AND COMING BACK WITHIN A WEEK BOOKING IN SAME HOTEL, SHOULD ALLOW PARKING TO HIS CUSTOMERS AS WHILE LEAVING HOTEL THEY WILL NOT ALLOW U TO PARK WILL B A BIG HEADACHE TO SEARCH A SAFE PARKING SO MY REQUEST TO THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT TO ALLOW PARKING FOR A GENUINE CUSTOMER.

Good rooms

The hotel staff tried to keep our passports all night long. When we asked for them, they required a deposit, unbelievable!!

The hotel was able to organise city tours & safari for me at short notice.

The buffet breakfast lacked variety & it was the same menu everyday. In the facilities of the room, I was told there was a flat screen tv in the room, but that was otherwise.
